This is for anyone who feels overstimulated, foggy, pulled in too many directions, and needing to be taken out of survival mode.
With this workshop, there is no talking circles, no processing, no breakthroughs required. Just gentle guided somatic practices to help your body release stress and return to safety.
We will:
Gently move stagnant energy.
Use the breath to regulate your nervous system.
Ground through slow, intentional body practices.
Drop into a deep guided rest with Reiki.
You will leave calm, clear, and ready for a nap. This workshop is about settling back into yourself.
