David unexpectedly stumbled upon the practice of the yoga asana (poses). At the end of his first class experience, he knew there was something much bigger, deeply emotional and spiritual that he needed more of in his life. From that day on, he caught fire for more knowledge and understanding of what “magic” he had experienced. His practice of the asana grew stronger but that was just the beginning. He studied history and the yogi philosophy in depth through books and sacred texts daily. The view of the world and his own philosophy had shifted. Praying for the answers to the knowledge he was seeking, yoga teacher training was imminent.
In October of 2017, he travelled to the country of Nepal to study yoga further. He studied at Nepal Yoga Academy located in the sub-tropical Himalayas east of Kathmandu, Nepal for a 200 Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) under Guruji Dr. Chintamani Gautam.
The immersion into the world of yoga heritage in Nepal and learning Sanatan (classical) Yoga was a life changing journey. The path of Self-Realization was the most beautiful concept and David is forever grateful. He will never forget to practice the lessons learned there.
He began leading yoga classes in early 2018 and has continued to guide students ever since. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for the practice with anyone interested. Infinitely grateful for the yoga community, he loves to talk philosophy and explore deep conversations with others. David believes yoga practice in all its forms and paths, is the most powerful, sacred science to transform your life! As a guide, his classes are a vinyasa style flow with elements of pranayama (breathwork) and is known to play Tibetan/Crystal singing bowls during savasana at the end of class.

Brent is a passionate innovator, artist, and dedicated wellness advocate with an insatiable love for learning, creativity, and philosophy. Throughout his diverse career, Brent has seamlessly blended his artistic background with his fascination for technology. Combining these two passions has allowed him to find his calling in the world of health and wellness—specifically in the world of yoga.
Before his current role as a Unity Studio co-owner, Brent had many creative pursuits including time in a rock band where he both performed and composed music. When the band parted ways, he continued composing and exploring the intersection of sound, art visuals, and emotion, crafting alluring, meaningful audio and visual creations. This led to the completely immersive experience Unity Studio has to offer.
Brent’s passion for yoga was born from a deeply personal experience. In 2009, he woke up nearly paralyzed, seemingly without any cause. Over the years, this excruciating and debilitating experience would come again and again, multiple times a year, worse every time. Desperate for a solution that didn’t involve medication or surgery, Brent explored various health and fitness practices, ultimately discovering the transformative power of yoga. Within weeks, his debilitating back pain was dramatically reduced, and he found himself on a path to share the healing benefits of yoga with others.
Today, Brent is dedicated to bringing the power of yoga, creativity, and technology to the world through his hot yoga studio. His mission is clear: to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, background, or experience level, while creating a space where people can flourish both physically and mentally. With his deep love for technology, art, and health, Brent has finally found the perfect outlet to combine his passions and create a lasting impact on the community.

Hailey is a yoga instructor and sound healer based in Wichita, KS. She first stumbled across online yoga while searching for a free and accessible way to move her body during her beloved, but broke years in Brooklyn, NY. After the isolation of the pandemic, she joined a local studio hoping to find community, and that’s when everything started to shift.
The more she practiced, the more she realized yoga wasn’t about how much she could do, but how deeply she could feel. It helped her break free from years of disordered habits, approach and heal old wounds, and see herself with more kindness. Her gratitude for the practice led her to yoga teacher training, where she not only learned history and philosophy but also explored identity, vulnerability, and the meaning and power of true connection.
After going on to teach at various studios in Seattle, WA, she eventually moved to Wichita, where her love of music and movement naturally expanded into sound healing. Fascinated by how sound shifts energy and awareness, she became a certified Sound Healer and now shares sound baths in addition to yoga classes; blending movement, breath, and vibration to help people immerse themselves a little deeper.
Hailey views her practice as one of self-love, and remains enamored with yoga’s ability to continually challenge and reward. She strives to inspire her students to embrace this perspective, guiding them on their own paths of discovery and wellness.

Lauren began her yoga journey over 12 years ago when she randomly participated in a hot yoga class. Little did she know that yoga would transform her life, allowing the chaoticness of life to be halted when the mat rolled out.
Lauren is an E-RYT 200hr yoga instructor and has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga. She specializes in vinyasa flow as well as restorative and prenatal. Once I was in labor, I realized how powerful my breath and movement were. Breathwork was my guide and helped ground me through such a challenging time.”
Lauren’s goal is to help yogis grow their awareness mentally and physically each time they are on their mat by allowing them to find grace for themselves and truly tune in to what they need for that day. She enjoys teaching slower flows that are for all levels!
Outside of the studio, you can find Lauren chasing around her son and enjoying time with family. Music is usually on in the background and she’s always interested in getting an iced coffee or finding a new book to read. Come connect and practice with Lauren!

The mind-body connection, feeding the soul through movement and intention, and taking the time for breath work and recovery - are just a few aspects Macy looks for in a yoga studio to call home. Macy has practiced yoga inconsistently since 2017. It wasn't until the "Great Pause" in 2020 that she came to realize the various benefits yoga has to offer. To deepen her practice and share her passion with others, Macy completed her 200-hour YTT at Limitless in May of 2022.
Humans are complex beings, that’s why Macy believes in healing from a holistic approach (physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual). “Yoga is more than a posture practice - which means it also includes meditation, breath work, and ethics.” From this perspective, it makes sense why yoga has such a positive impact on people's overall health and well-being. For Macy, the biggest life-changing aspects have been self-regulation, self-awareness, and improving fitness.
Macy is grateful for connecting with yoga before becoming a mom in 2023. It has made her a more regulated, conscious, connected, and patient full-time mom. Yoga is her modality of choice for bringing more mindfulness, positivity, and light into the world.

"Yoga has changed every aspect of my life.” Meredith often tells people that when she started practicing vinyasa style yoga 13 years ago, it made sense in a way that no other "workout" had before. Consistent practice led to a desire to obtain her 200 hour RYT certification in 2015, and from there, she felt called to dive heavily into the ways that yoga, meditation, and mindfulness can positively impact the mental health of those who practice them. Eventually, this journey led Meredith to becoming a therapist, so she could weave yoga and mental health tools together. Her classes are centered around emotional connection in an "embodied" way --- noting self-talk throughout movements, experimenting with uncomfortableness, and learning to make healthy choices in the moment.

Mindy’s yoga journey began in 2011 as an aid to her other movement practices, quickly becoming a favorite after experiencing the powerful transformative effects of a regular yoga practice. In 2015 she continued her journey and received her 200 hour certification.
Her classes are challenging but fun; slower movements with longer holds combining a strength aspect allowing for the confidence in oneself to exist and flow freely. Creating a space where people feel safe to move, breathe and tune into themselves and what their body needs during each practice while also keeping the mood light with a joke or two as a reminder to always find the joy in life even when there are challenges present.
When Mindy is not on the mat, she enjoys nature walks, hanging out with her cat, playing volleyball, some kitchen therapy, and spending time with friends and family

Fitness has always been a part of Saovany’s life. She has done step aerobics, Zumba, weight lifting, crossfit, and ran marathons since she was in high school, but yoga seemed to resonate with her the most. Saovany discovered yoga in 2009 after attending her first class and she felt an immediate connection. Yoga became a staple to her fitness routine, officially sparking her yoga journey.
In June of 2015 a friend convinced Saovany to go to a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. During that training she learned that yoga is much more than the poses. It is a journey of self-disciplined work combined of mind, spirit, breath, and body.
With no intention of teaching following completion of the training, life had other plans. A teaching role presented itself in December of 2015 that Saovany felt called to pursue. She took this opportunity to share her passion for yoga with others and create unity in her teaching. Since then, Saovany uses each class, each space, and each moment as a pathway to become the best version of herself and guide others there as well. Saovany enjoys teaching different flows, leading into a peak pose or a well rounded class that leaves everyone feeling refreshed, calm, and accomplished.
Yoga has brought Saovany to a place of peace, self love, and community. Her relationships with others, and most importantly with herself, are kept and built in complete honesty and authenticity. Everything Saovany does in her life is with true intention. She leaves no space for judgement, comparison, or negativity.

If she’s not at the studio, you can find Sarah hosting yoga events around the city, trying every local restaurant, hanging out with her friends or traveling the world. She would love to chat with you about her cats, Star Wars or Lord of the Rings.

Wendy has been teaching yoga since 2016. She initially started practicing yoga for the physical benefits but quickly realized it was much more. As a career Detective, she noticed how her practice benefited her off the mat. She was more regulated, patient, and self-aware at work and at home. Wendy was inspired to deepen her practice and holds the following credentials: E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Yoga for First Responders Ambassador, and is a certified Ayurvedic Health Coach.
The practices Wendy enjoys teaching are a synthesis of her own self-discovery through somatic practice, yoga philosophy, behavioral science, ayurveda, stoicism, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. In her line of work, she had a highly dysregulated nervous system for many years. Yoga was her gateway to learning how to self-regulate which has had far reaching benefits in all aspects of her life.
Wendy’s style of teaching is influenced by intuitive awareness, also known as listening to the wisdom of your body. She believes somatic interventions, such as yoga, provide us with the ability to develop neural pathways and nourish our nervous system by integrating the vagus nerve. Yoga and other subtle body modalities offer the opportunity to compassionately awaken the parts of ourselves that have been hiding beneath the lens of our awareness.
Wendy has taught hundreds of first responders, numerous women’s retreats, and many others. It brings Wendy great joy to share the practices of vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga along with yoga nidra as she truly believes in their ability to heal and process stress and trauma.
