
Join us for a gentle, empowering heart-centered workshop focused on self-love, self-forgiveness, and emotional healing. Facilitated by Katie Wise (Reiki Master & Empowerment Coach/Root & Rise Retreats.)
This experience focuses on self-love and self-forgiveness practices that support safety within, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and inner trust. Through breathwork, reflective journaling, heart chakra education, and group Reiki, you’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with your heart space.
This workshop is ideal if you:
-Feel ready to soften inner criticism and practice self-compassion.
-Are healing emotionally and want to move forward at a safe pace.
-Want a supportive space to reconnect with your heart and body.
-Are seeking grounding, clarity, and empowerment during the winter season.
-All adults and experience levels welcome.
-Trauma-informed, inclusive, and no sharing required.
-Dress in comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, journal & pen. No shoes may be worn in the studio so please be mindful.
-Optional: yoga mat, pillow, your favorite crystal or small comfort item.
