"Zen" Yin Yoga

Experience the bridge between meditation and physical practice as you gently sink into long, restorative poses and explore the depths of your body and mind. Allow the physical, mental, and emotional tension to dissolve as you are softly guided and supported through the practice.  Excellent for beginners and all who would like to experience profound release and enhanced awareness. This class is held at 75 degrees.
