Through Breath Yoga x Unity Studio (90 Minute co-lead class)

Join Sher Randir of Through Breath Yoga and David from Unity Studio for a unique, immersive, 90 minute class with a systematic approach to a meditative state!

David (Unity) will guide you through a vinyasa style flow with classic elements, moving through yoga asanas (poses) to get big energy surging through the nadis (energy channels) throughout your body.

Sher Randhir (Through Breath Yoga) will then guide you on a journey through Pranyama (breathwork), Mantras (chanting), and Sound. Through the use of both of these internal and external tools, you will be brought toward the inner self. Pranayama is the controlling of the breath to ignite your own inner light. You will experience breath techniques that are both designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and the sympathetic in a safe container. The use of the spoken word pressed on top of mantra gives you an extra tool to use in your daily life. 
The Sound current (Naad), is a potent tool that we also carry with us all of the time, through our voices. When cultivated consciously, we can utilize our voice in a way that will transform our inner and outer relationships.

All this, supported by Unity Studio's one of kind space to put you someplace else as you practice.
