Come join Unity Studio at Santa Fe Lake and let's have some fun practicing yoga on a paddleboard! No prior yoga or paddleboard experience is necessary. Connect your body and your mind with nature, and the rhythm of your breath to the water as we explore poses and floating meditations in the serene environment on Santa Fe Lake. 25 dollar ticket price includes paddleboard, safety gear and parking. Class duration is roughly one hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before class starts to get checked in. Wear your favorite active clothes or a swimsuit and we will see you there!
